Description:
Come catch a breeze on the bay at this stunning 2150 sq ft home.  This fabulous home has quite a bit to offer.  Laguna View sits right on a little corner of Galveston’s West Bay, in Terramar Beach, not far from San Luis Pass.  Just climb down into the bay from the boat dock and get started fishing.  There is a water-level fishing pier and a jet-ski dock with a partially covered deck which also adjoins to the home via the walkout balcony.  It is a sight to see.  This home offers a great room with access to balcony which leads to the over the water deck.  Dining room seating as well as kitchen bar seating sits dinner for ten. 

Laguna View sleeps 10 people very comfortably.  There is a quest suite that offers privacy from the rest of the house and includes its own bathroom.  The main part of the home has three bedrooms.  The master is upstairs and has its’ own private balcony and a marvelous bathroom.  One the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with access to balcony.  Wander on down to the porch and sit and relax in the hot tub while watching the sun set on the bay.  Access to the beach is right across the street from the entrance of Terramar Beach.  Come enjoy the best of the beach and the bay.  The community pool is accessible during your stay.

Rental Rates, Security Deposit, and Cleaning Fee

A security deposit of $525.00 required.
A security deposit of $725.00 required with pets.**
A fee of $50.00 is required per pet staying in home.
Cleaning Fee $175.00

*If pool key is lost or misplaced, there will be a fee of $100 deducted from your security deposit.
**Pets under 25# are welcome in this home with an additional $200 deposit and a $50 fee for each additional pet.

A 6% State Occupancy Tax will be applied to all rental rates. Tax does not apply to the security deposit and cleaning fee.
Payment of Security Deposit will confirm your reservation.

The seawall is presently 10 miles (16 km) long. It is approximately 17 feet (5.2 m) high, and 16 feet (4.9 m) thick at its base. 

During World Wars I & II, troops were stationed here to defend the shores. In 1930, the first Galveston/Bolivar ferry landed on the Bolivar side and was in use until the 1950s. Today, the 60 acre park still has battery sites.
