Description:
For your convenience Linens are provided for this wonderful vacation rental home. This vacation home is located in the exclusive gated community of "The Biscayne".  With a large roomy kitchen and bar for that gourmet in the family.  Enjoy the large great room that comes equipped with two seating areas, one around the tv and one around the fireplace.

Four dune cross-overs for the community. Allows for easy access by foot or golf cart (rentals can be delivered to the home).   During the summer this vacation home rents Friday through Thursday or Monday through Sunday only.  Weekend rentals can be made at the last minute.

Rental Rates, Security Deposit, and Cleaning Fee
 

JUNE JULY & AUGUST - PREFER WEEKLY ONLY

A security deposit of $525.00 required.
A security deposit of $725.00 required with pets.
Cleaning Fee $200

A 6% State Occupancy Tax will be applied to all rental rates. Tax does not apply to the security deposit and cleaning fee.

Payment of Security Deposit will confirm your reservation.

For your privacy, protection, and credit card security, we will not accept credit card info online.  Please call the office for that information.  You can use all major credit cards or pay with personal/cashiers check.

Rental Payment can be paid by personal check if
payment is received 10 business prior to reservation.

Rules:
Pets allowed with additional $200.00 deposit.
NO smoking inside the house.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
No driving any vehicles on concrete slab under house.

During World Wars I & II, troops were stationed here to defend the shores. In 1930, the first Galveston/Bolivar ferry landed on the Bolivar side and was in use until the 1950s. Today, the 60 acre park still has battery sites.
